PTS offers these services to you as a potential buyer:

Qualify each individual to assure that he or she has the means and the personal confidence and qualifications to own a store.

Assist in determining and securing the Buyer’s financial support necessary to complete the transaction.

Development of a business model: Identify areas of interest, such as a focus on niche sub-markets, and provide contacts with niche marketing experience.

Provide assistance with wholesaler program enrollment, third party contracts, selection of a pharmacy computer system, and federal and state license applications.

Assist in geographical preference for pharmacy location. Once determined, PTS will contact all stores in the area to determine seller interest.

Provide guidance in accounting and CPA selection, if needed. Provide budgeting and forecasting tools that will be useful in cash flow analysis.

Facilitate the sale transaction with the Seller and assist in negotiating a fair sale price satisfactory to both parties.

Provide consulting services for a period of two years.
